At Contempo Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural treasures. If your purchase doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap your crystals in their original protective padding and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
